April 8-12, 2018 Public Issues Leadership Development Conference (PILD) – Crystal City, VA Delegates: Tracy Davis, VP Public Affairs

May 15 State and District Officers and Committee Chairs names due to State Nominating Chair

June 24-27 American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences Annual Conference and Expo Atlanta, GA

July 1 All state officers and standing committee chairs should contact the district officers and committee chairs and request a year-end report on their plan of work. This report should be emailed to state officers and committee chairs.

August 1 District Presidents, State Vice Presidents and State Standing committee chairs are to submit an email copy of their annual report to State Vice President for Public Affairs and web master for posting to the web prior to the state meeting.

September 30 Plans of Work for the coming year are to be submitted to the State Vice President for Public Affairs and web master for posting to the Association’s web site.

October 15 Federation Issues to State President Hayley Cowell, Stanley County

December 1 Membership dues deadline to State Treasurer

December Federation Forum Delegates: 10 representatives to include: District Presidents, State Advisor and others. Member(s) serving on the Federation Board are not included in the 10 members representing the Association.
